Nyanang Phelgye Ling is a Monastic University located at the foot of Swayambhu Stupa in Kathmandu, Nepal, following the Gelug tradition of Tibetan Buddhism.

Since its beginning, Phelgye Ling Monastery has hosted many eminent Buddhist masters, as well as religious festivals and celebrations, and has been a very important center of Buddhist learning and practice.

Phelgye Ling Monastery also is home to several very precious religious artefacts, some dating back over a thousand years.

Returns

• Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.

• Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as [list non-returnable items like perishable goods, personal care items, gift cards], cannot be returned.
• Process: To initiate a return, please contact us by email/phone with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.
• Shipping Costs: do not include shipping cost.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• If you need a different size, colour, or product, we offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, contact us by email/phone with your order number and desired exchange details.

Refunds

• Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that the refund process may take 10-14 business days depending on your payment provider.
